Lovely stay with friendly service

I had a wonderful time exploring Florence while staying here. The staff were genuinely welcoming and provided me with useful maps and local recommendations. I especially appreciated the clean and comfortable room, as well as the lovely terrace where I could unwind after a day of sightseeing. However, the hidden location and unique check-in process can be a bit challenging for first-time visitors.

The room I got (Room 6) didn't match the online photos. it felt dated and not yet renovated. I faced occasional low water pressure in the bathroom, and the blind was broken, which was a hassle. Noise insulation needs some work. I could hear other guests playing loud devices and chatter during breakfast, which disturbed my peace. Plus, the Wi-Fi service failed to reach my room, forcing me to hang out in the corridor to connect—definitely inconvenient. Lastly, I wish there was clearer info about breakfast. we stumbled upon it unexpectedly.

I really loved that the hotel was just a short walk from both the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the lively Mercato Centrale, making my city strolls both easy and enjoyable. the staff were super friendly and provided personalized maps, which helped me navigate Florence like a local.

The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the main train station and the center of Florence. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a large private shower room. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, including freshly baked croissants and a variety of fruits and yogurts. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.

We had an awesome stay with a nice room that had daily cleaning and a comfy bed. We enjoyed chillin' in the lounge area and catching a movie in the cozy TV room. The only little hiccup was some mosquitoes at night, but they provided plug-ins, so it wasn't a big deal! 🌙
